The Hotel Beury is a full remodel of the historic 14-story, 112,00 SF vacant building known as the Beury Building, located at the intersection of Broad Street, Erie Avenue, and Germantown Avenue in North Philadelphia. With the Courtyard by Marriott brand flag, the hotel will include 172 guest rooms, ground-floor restaurant, and rooftop bar/terrace. The hotel will anchor the redevelopment of the North Broad Street Corridor, a focus area in the Mayor’s city-wide 2035 master plan, and support visitors to Temple University, Temple’s Medical Campus, and Shriners Hospitals for Children. Voyage is serving as a consultant on the project.
