El Centro High School
An adaptive reuse development project located in the Kensington neighborhood of North Philadelphia. The industrial building currently was acquired as a two-story vacant warehouse totaling 25,800 square feet. Our team successfully converted this vacant warehouse to a new home for El Centro de Estudiantes, a high school within the School District of Philadelphia with 125+ students. The project was completed in June 2024.
